This program is relative to your current fitness level. This program will help you achieve the ultimate physical and mental conditioning.
You will learn basic self defence- kicking, punching, pressure points, joint manipulation as well as learning about the beauty of Taekwondo. Our program is for all fitness levels, you are never too old or in too bad of shape to give Taekwondo a try!
